MELOFLIFE offers shipping within Israel and worldwide
Shipping Options
- Standard shipping within Israel: NIS 60
- Worldwide shipping: NIS 180
- Free shipping within Israel on orders over NIS 799
Delivery Times
- Orders within Israel are typically delivered within 7 business days of order confirmation.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping provider, and may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, peak periods, customs processing, courier delays, security-related circumstances, or other unexpected delays
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which are the customer’s responsibility
Self Pickup
Self-pickup is available free of charge by prior arrangement from our studio

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact MELOFLIFE at Melissa@e-d-n.co.il, including your full name and order number
Eligible products purchased through the website, by phone, or via email may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All original tags must remain attached
- The item must not show any signs of use, wear, washing, or damage
- Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility
Return Methods
1. Customer-arranged return shipping
Customers may return items using a courier service of their choice, entirely at their own expense
2. Return courier arranged by MELOFLIFE
If preferred, MELOFLIFE can coordinate a return courier at a cost of NIS 60, which will be deducted from the refund amount
3. In-person return
Returns may be made in person, free of charge, by prior arrangement at

Returned items must be shipped or handed over for return within the applicable return period
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange
- Underwear items (MELunder collection)
- Sale or discounted items are generally considered final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required under applicable consumer protection law
- Used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Custom-made or specially modified items
- Individual items purchased as part of a bundle or promotional set (unless otherwise approved)
Order Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact MELOFLIFE in writing at Melissa@e-d-n.co.il, including your full name and order number
If the returned item meets the applicable return conditions, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and approved
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible and apply to approved returned item(s) only
Please Note
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
- Refunds apply to the purchased item(s) only and do not include shipping fees paid at checkout
- If an order originally qualified for free shipping and a return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fee may be deducted from the refund
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- For debit/direct card payments, refunds will be handled according to payment provider limitations and applicable law
