The purchaser of a product on the website and/or via e-mail and/or telephone may cancel the transaction by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (from now on: "Law") and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 1971-2010 (from now on: "Regulations").

Terms of return and/or product exchange

If you wish to change or cancel a transaction, you must notify MELOFLIFE by a written message, and/or mail to the email: and specify the transaction number and your full name in your request.

The product, which was purchased on the website and/or ordered by phone and/or via e-mail and without direct contact between the seller and the buyer, can be exchanged and/or returned and/or canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the cumulative conditions are met:

The product was returned by prior arrangement with MELOFLIFE and within 14 days from the date of receipt via:
1.1 Registered mail and/or courier mail to the address: Aya 46, Ramat Hasharon. ** The cost of returning the product applies to you and will be financed by you.

1.2 Personal delivery to company offices in Ramat Hasharon and by prior arrangement.

The product was returned in its original packaging, and there was no real damage to the product and/or its packaging and/or clothing details - the labels are attached. A customer will not be allowed to cancel more than two orders in a row unless the product has a defect that prevents him from using it.
The product will be delivered to the customer within seven business days, and in case of exchange/return, it must be delivered back within 14 days from the date of notification.
The product has not been damaged and has not been used in any way.
The product is not manufactured and/or repaired according to measurements or special requirements of the consumer.
The product value is NIS 50 or more.
No product exchange/return option will be given, and no monetary credit will be given for a product:

From the underwear category (MELunder collection).
A product bought at a discount or as part of a sale.
A product has been used in any way and/or damaged.
A product was returned without its original packaging and/or without attached labels.
There is a substantial deterioration in the product.
The product is manufactured and/or repaired according to measurements or special requirements of the consumer.
A single product purchased as part of a set. (For example, first at 20% and second at 30%).
The value of the product/item is NIS 50 or less.
A product at a discount, on sale, and not at the original price.
Cancellation fees and receiving credit for returning the product
* You must notify MELOFLIFE of the cancellation of a transaction (from now on the "cancellation notice") through a written message and/or an e-mail detailing the transaction number and your full name.

* When canceling a transaction (provided all cumulative conditions for canceling the transaction have been met), the money will be returned in the same way as the payment was made and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.

* Shipping fee paid for a shipped product - is not considered part of the product cost.

* In the case of returning an order or part of it and for which a discount was given on the shipping fees, the shipping cost will be charged in the amount of NIS 39, which will be deducted from the total credit

* Direct cards cannot be credited; therefore, direct card holders are entitled to receive credit on the website only.

* Financial credit will be transferred according to the times of the credit company.
